Brisbane is not only the state capital of Queensland; it is the bustling heart of the region. Visit Brisbane and you will get to experience a unique mix of the characteristic laid back lifestyle that the Queensland is famous for along with the energy and vibrancy of an international metropolis. You can also engage in skydiving or hang gliding in Brisbane. In fact the city is believed to have some of the best hang gliding sites in Australia.

The MoretonBay, located just 25 km from the commercial business district of the city is one of the most fascinating islands that you can visit on your trip. It is credited as being the largest sand island in the world and features some amazing picturesque seaside villages. North Stradbroke and Bribie are other must see islands for nature lovers. A host of national parks and white sandy beaches wait to be explored at these locations. Visitors have the opportunity to go scuba diving and explore the underwater world including some historical shipwrecks. Also part of the itinerary is dolphin feeding on these islands.

You will find it extremely difficult to restrain yourself from taking a dip in the crystal-clear waters that surround the islands of Brisbane. This is an ideal location for a range of water-based activities including snorkeling, surfing, sailing, swimming, sea kayaking and much more.
